Courtney Traynor was born in Woodlawn Bronx in 1994. Courtney is one of four children born to the late Philip Traynor and Anne Traynor. Courtney is the oldest sister to Ryan, Grainne, and Ciara. Courtney attended both Pearl River Middle School and Pearl River High School and graduated from Manhattan College in 2016. While in college Courtney worked as a waitress in the popular bar still known as Mustang Harrys in NYC. There she learned customer service skills. After graduation in May of 2016 Courtney began her career at All-Boro Floor Service happily working alongside her father Philip where she learned the ins and outs of the Flooring industry
Ryan Traynor born in Woodlawn Bronx in 1996 also attended Pearl River middle school and Pearl River High School. Ryan then Attended the University of Alabama and graduated in 2018 with a business degree. Ryan like his Dad Philip always had an interest in the wood flooring industry.
All-Boro Floor Service, Inc. was founded by Philip Traynor in 1991. Over the years, All-Boro has become well-renowned in the hardwood floor industry. All-Boro is a high-end wood floor installation, refinishing and restoration company. Philip had full confidence that Ryan and Courtney would have the same passion for flooring as he did. Unfortunately, in July of 2021 Courtney, Ryan, Grainne and Ciara lost their beloved Father Philip very suddenly. From that moment on Courtney and Ryan took All-Boro Floor Service under their wing and have successfully run the company since and never wanted to let their father’s hard work and dedication be forgotten.
Ryan and Courtney are huge supporters of Rockland and the Irish Community. Their father Philip made sure that their Irish heritage was very important. Philip took them back to Ireland multiple times a year to see family in Monaghan. Growing up in Pearl River made keeping the Irish heritage strong. Both Ryan and Courtney grew up playing GAA for Rockland GAA since a very young age. They remember as children spending every weekend either at the Rockland GAA fields, Gaelic Park or for that matter going to work with their father and spending hours with him at All-Boro’s office in Woodlawn. Both Courtney and Ryan participated in the Feile competitions and numerous teams throughout the years that have traveled back and forth to Ireland. Courtney still plays GAA today with her club Kerry/ Donegal and is an active member of the women’s GAA in New York. Courtney was GAA Player of the Year in 2011, 2014, and 2016. She played in two All Ireland’s in 2011 and 2014, both in Croke Park. She was the Captain of the NY Ladies and they won 2 World Titles in 2016 and 2019, and she was the Captain of the Kerry Donegal, winning the Senior Football Championship in 2021 and 2022. Being so connected to the Irish Community is a big factor in to why Courtney and Ryan are the people they are today.
