The premier event of the Saint Patrick’s Day season, other than the parade itself is the Rockland County Ancient Order of Hibernians Emerald Ball. This year the ball will be held on February 27, 2016 at the Pearl River Hilton, located at 500 Veterans Memorial Drive, Pearl River, NY 10965.
