Complimentary Bus to the NY St. Patrick’s Day Parade, March 16, 2019

The largest and oldest parade honoring Irish American Heritage and Pride, the New York City St, Patrick’s Day Parade will be held on March 16, 2019 (by tradition, when St. Patrick’s Day is on a Sunday the NYC parade is held on the Saturday).  Once again, the Rockland County AOH will be sponsoring a complimentary bus for Hibernians, Family and Friends who wish to travel to the parade (we ask that the Hibernian member must travel with their party).

The Buses will depart the Irish Cultural Center at 284 Convent Rd, Blauvelt, NY at 11:00 AM and will take passengers to the Rockland County Parade step off point at the Roosevelt Hotel at 45 E 45th St.  There participants can enjoy a performance from our own Rockland County AOH Pipe Band while enjoying the comforts of the hotel’s iconic lobby.  The bus is positioned at the end of the parade route to take marchers own.

The cost is that you march with Rockland County.  Anyone who has marched will tell you it is something never forgotten.  People come from around the world to be see the parade, you have the opportunity to be part of it and show your pride in your heritage and acknowledge the contributions of generations of Irish Americans.
