DESCRIPTION:Dear Friends\, \nEach year the start of the St. Patrick’s Day season begins with the Rockland County Emerald Ball and once again\, the Rockland County Men’s and Ladies’ Ancient Order of Hibernians invite you to support this special event. The Emerald Ball is a night to celebrate our Irish heritage with great friends\, food\, music and also serves as the primary fundraiser for the Annual Rockland County St. Patrick’s Day Parade. We hope you will join us at this year’s Ball on Saturday\, February 25\, 2023 at the Pearl River Hilton at 7 p.m. As always\, we will honor individuals who distinguish themselves through their actions and personify our motto of “Friendship\, Unity & Christian Charity.” As such\, we are proud to announce the 2023 honorees: \n\nHibernian of the Year\, Laurence DeGennaro\nBusinessperson of the Year\, Breda Lyons & Catherine Levins\, River Court on Main\nParade Commander\, Sheriff Louis Falco\nGrand Marshal\, Thomas Leavey\nAide to the Grand Marshal\, NYC\, Dennis Toal\n\n  \nThere are a variety of ways that you can support this year’s event including attending the Emerald Ball\, sponsoring a journal ad\, or making a direct donation.
