DESCRIPTION:Each year the Emerald Ball kicks off the St. Patrick’s Day season here in Rockland County and once again\, Rockland’s Joint County Board of the Men’s and Ladies AOH would like to invite you to support this special event which also serves as the primary fundraiser for the 53rd Annual Rockland County St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The Emerald Ball is a night of celebration with great friends\, food and music. This year’s ball will be held on Saturday\, February 28\, 2015 at the Pearl River Hilton at 7pm. As always\, we will honor individuals who distinguish themselves through their actions and personify what our motto of “Friendship\, Unity & Christian Charity” truly means. As such\, we are proud to announce that our Honorees for 2015 are: \n\nHibernian of the Year Linda Sheridan\nBusiness Person of the Year Jenny Kirby\, Characters Bar & Restaurant\nGrand Marshal Vincent Tyer\nAide to the Grand Marshall\, NYC Brendan McNamara\nParade Commander Teresa Hartey Adametz\, Ret.\, NYPD\n\nThere are a variety of ways that you can support this year’s event including attending the ball itself\, sponsoring an ad in the journal or by making a direct donation. The cost to attend the Emerald Ball is $100 per person.  \nPayment Information: For your convenience\, we have expanded the ways in which you can make payments.
